Kawasaki Motors has launched a new mobile app called IKM Connect for its existing customers in India. The Kawasaki dealership in Delhi has introduced a doorstep servicing option for its customers. The dealership has deployed service vans that visit towns around Delhi that don’t have authorised service centers at present.
When Indian customers will first have to register to access the IKM Connect. If they are unable to register, they will have to contact a Kawasaki dealership. Using the app, customers can schedule a service and keep track of past services under the Service Health tab. It also has information about spare parts, events and upcoming service camps, which are operated by Kawasaki’s mobile service van.
While the IKM Connect app is only available on the Android platform at present, it is expected to be available on iOS in the future.
IKM Connect app has an accessories section, where customers can browse through genuine Kawasaki apparels, merchandise and vehicle accessories, which are used in the international market.
