Honda Amaze, the compact sedan, has crossed the sales milestone of 2 lakh units in India. Launched in April 2013, the Amaze marked the entry of Honda in the diesel segment. The introduction of the Amaze in the country had marked Honda’s entry into the diesel segment in India. After its launch in 2013, the Amaze got a mid-life facelift recently, which featured minor tweaks to the design, a new cabin layout, and a few feature additions as well. The Amaze is offered in four variants: E, S, SX, and VX. While all four variants can be bought with a 5-speed manual transmission, a CVT automatic unit is offered only on the petrol S and SX trim levels.
